Colin Steele, Scotlands finest jazz trumpet stylist, presents a joyful dive into the rich stream of jazz standards.
Colin, who recently played Kirkcaldy with Ali Affleck, is well known for his love of melody, understanding of different genres and expressive playing so expect an evening featuring old favourites from the likes of Louis Armstrong, Chet Baker and Miles Davis played with freshness and vibrancy. There may even be time for a few requests!
He will be joined by an all-star band of Scottish Musicians featuring Konrad Wiszniewski (saxes) Campbell Normand (piano) Roy Percy (bass) and Jim Drummond (drums).
